The maximum occupancy of the Meadowside property is 10 people. This home is Dog Friendly with a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. We charge an extra fee for bringing your dogs.
This is a NON SMOKING home.

We rent April thru December:
Spring: sweater weather with cool days, cooler nights – the pastures, trees and plants are light green with new sprouts
Summer: warm days, cooler nights – the pasture and trees are in full bloom and plush green
Fall: cool days, cooler nights – the trees are vibrant with fall colors
Early Winter: cold days, colder nights – possible snow – very cozy
