Summer Haven Rates and Availability
January – May and November – December Rates:
$125 per night with a 3 night minimum (includes linens and 1 time cleaning fee)
$100 per night if you book 7 nights or more! (includes linens and 1 time cleaning fee)
June – October Rates:
$150 per night with a 3 night minimum (includes linens and 1 time cleaning fee)
$125 per night if you book 7 nights or more! (includes linens and 1 time cleaning fee)
We must add 11.75% taxes to comply with local and state tax laws.
We will allow 1-2 dogs to accompany you as long as they are: 2 years of age or older, not over 80 pounds, spayed or neutered, well behaved, have their rabies shot and are treated for fleas and ticks.
There is an additional $75 fee per approved dog.
Security Deposit is $300
Summer Haven has a maximum occupancy of 4 people and 2 dogs.
This is a NON-SMOKING home.
